It was my first time going to Micro Center recently. I decided randomly to build my first pc and so I went. The build came out successful. I just wanted to say from the employees to my experience as a whole, 10/10. I was so indecisive when it came to choosing a case. I did an exchange twice, and it was hassle-free and easy. The employees are all super knowledgeable too. I would recommend any day of the week!

Called MicroCenter, made the same day appointment, issue was resolved with 7 minutes. All 4 members were helpful and professional. Being a prioritycare member is worth the value. Wonderful service!

incredible customer service. i bought two open box items - a pc and a monitor from them and they let me use a station at the knowledge bar to test them out. when there was an issue with the monitor they immediately acknowledged it and went to swap it out with one that worked perfectly. at some point i had like 4 employees helping me out with setting everything up, getting the issue resolved, and closing everything up. would definitely go back - highly recommend!

First time purchasing here and it was a great experience. The store is very spacious with a huge variety of electronics — way more than I expected compared to Best Buy. Customer service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the near future.

Technical excellence, organized and efficient. Solved a major problem in a short period of time that had a low probability of a good outcome. Utmost respect for this operation, the value of services provided well in excess of pricing. If you are not technically inclined you have a very high probability of being treated fairly and with respect here, a high compliment in an industry where the knowledge gap on part of consumer is usually an angle of exploitation.

The engineering of Team members to make my purchase choices an asset to my office personal was an astounding experience. Natthan's vast knowledge of the products granted options that presented a more economical choice and more efficient means of data operations. Giovanni made for a swift exit to run to my next appointment. Andrew made sense of the dolars and cents when questioned and explained that a point system is on the near present for Micro Center.

Like a candy store for pc builders. They have just about any part you can think of. Bundle are an amazing deal, letting you get 80% of the major parts with a couple hundred discount. Massive parking lot , prices are competitive and they will price match. Employees are knowledgeable and able ti recommend parts if its your first time building.

I’ve been shopping here for tech stuff for a couple years now and I appreciate their service. All of the CSRs have been easy to deal with and transactions have been smooth. They’re knowledgeable as well. I’ve received good suggestions on tech purchases, and they aren’t pushy either. It’s the right balance. I’m happy to go here first when I’m in the market for something and will support them over other… ubiquitous online retailers any day of the week. Highly recommended.
